At eleven eleven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
